Photographs are available to purchase in two sizes online (a larger size is available in store only).
Both sizes are UK standard, to fit frames 16" x 20" & 16" x 12" (overall size including mount board).
Both 'Slices' and Panoramic photographs are only currently available to fit frame size 22" x 9". Larger options will be available at a later date.
Photographs are printed on a heavyweight, semi-gloss archival paper using permanent 4K pigment ink so are guaranteed not to fade when displayed under glass. The photographs will be mounted using a thick 'ice white' mount board. All photographs will be hand signed by the artist herself.
Mounted prints will arrive complete with back board, ready to frame, in a clear self-sealed polythene bag.
Frames are made from wood or polcore and your framed photograph will arrive completely assembled with clear glass, a fully sealed back, fitted metal D-rings, screws and strung with fray-resistant chord ready for hanging.
Postage costs include packaging.
Shipping & Handling
Please allow up to 2 days for confirmation of online order. Photographs will be shipped within 3 days from confirmation date.
Please note that orders which include frames may take an additional day or two to produce as they are made to order.
All framed photographs will be sent via courier & will include insurance for damage. Deliveries will be made to business and home addresses that have a full UK postcode. All goods must be signed for on delivery. If delivery is attempted and not successful you should receive a card informing you of how to accept the parcel. If you have not received the parcel with 3 working days of your order, please let us know and we will track it for you.
All mounted prints will be sent First Class via Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.
We aim to deliver within 5 working days of the order being placed (subject to cleared funds).
Goods must be checked upon delivery. To investigate a claim for damaged goods you must inform us in writing (letter or Email) within 1 day of receipt. Photos of the damage sustained during delivery will help any claim. Any damaged goods must be returned to Dilys photography gallery. Replacement goods or full refunds will be issued within 7 working days (Subject to product availability).
To return goods due to customer decision, if you are unhappy with your choice of photograph or frame, or want an exchange, you need to inform us of your decision in writing (letter or email) within 1 day of receipt. Goods need to be returned to Dilys Photography Gallery within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be returned at your expense, via your chosen courier/postal service. Refunds will not be issued (unless the product has been damaged during delivery... see above) A credit note or exchange will be offered providing the goods are returned within the 7 day requirement and are received undamaged and in the original packaging.
